A client of mine used it to try giving "100 000 hours" back to the business. They have used Viva Insights to see the effect of various measures (no-meeting Wednesdays, etc.)

Hello @MECG couldn't that be related to the difference in employees measured? The difference may be explained by not looking at the same populations, don't you think?
