As we have been using VIVA Insights for a while, we wanted to suggest several Outlook modifications or integrations to aid in the mission of VIVA Insights:  - Add a "Delegate To" Checkbox and Option When Declining/Tentatively Accepting: When a key stakeholder cannot decide whether he/she can attend, she/he can clearly delegate to another person. Forwarding an invitation to a new person is not clear whether the person is a delegate or just another participant.  Add the “delegate” option to make the key attendees build up the accountability.   - Add a "Decline" Button / "Cancel" Button in the Pop-Up Window: When you get a pop-up reminder in Outlook, it would be good to add additional buttons to make it easier to decline or cancel as needed.    - Add a "Partial Acceptance" to Accept a Meeting for a Period of Time:Only accept a certain time range or time range(s). For example: a meeting is running from 8-10am. I could accept: 8-8:30am & 9-9:30am.  My calendar from 8:30-9 and 9:30-10 allow me to deal with something else.  Host also know how to arrange the agenda according to my availability    - Default to Automatically Book Focus Hours: Now, users need to enable the feature to book the focus hours through Insights.  would recommend to make it a default feature that everyone gets it automatically.  I think most people will gain it and other people who really have conflicts can ignore it.  User may turn if off in a setting, but by default all users get it. ... Free addition (bit like Insights) .... Viva Leaf, which will enable and empower people to contribute their progress on an individual basis to the UN Sustainability Goals, and our joint commitment as a species, and culture, to undertake the changes necessary to mitigate climate change by 2030.  Data from this will be surfaced in Viva Insights but also through Cloud for Sustainability.  Engagement will provide advice on saving money, transitioning to green energy,  local grants and reward people with Microsoft Reward points for making changes.   ... We have employees that want the ability to indicate part time as well as difference in working hours from typical 8 to 5 job. Is there a way to have outlook provide option that you can both select the days of the week as well as the hours for each day selected? Idea here would be a Gen Z who wants to work from 9 to 7 on Monday, 8 to 6 on Tuesday, 12 - 10 on Wednesday and Thursday, and then work 8 - 12 on Friday. Same work week but extremely different work pattern than Outlook would allow.  I sense that there are many other companies in same boat who want to offer flexibility and allow us to have that show up in our available time in Outlook so our colleagues can see and then respect the decision so that meetings are scheduled in times that work for all.  ... Two of my customers have a concept of 'focus zones', where on specific days, certain hours are considered 'detailed work zones'.  Ideally, they would like to be able to report better on these zones by having, for example, the ability to report on focus & fragmented hours during these time periods. We already have certain metrics available (calls, meetings, mails, etc), but would like to add general collaboration hours, fragmented hours and focus hours between those timeframes.  ... View more

Maybe, if you can identify how many emails from different groups have been turned down in certain time, you can get insights about the rotation en that specific area and crossed the information with the burnout index to see if there is relationship. ... View more

I would like to recommend the addition of fragmented hours (and working hours) to the query designer as a selectable metric like focus hours. I know that fragmented hours is located in the explore area and is pseudo-calculated in PBI templates. However, I would like to see the actual measured value for each person be able to be extracted and reported on. It is not reliable to use workday span and subtract meeting hours and focus hours to calculate fragmented hours. Therefore it would be great to get one or both of fragmented hours and or working hours so we can back calculate the other.   My definition of fragmented hours would be less than 2 hours not in meetings during working hours to make it similar to focus hours. It would also be great to keep the similarities with focus hours and add an uninterrupted fragmented hours option as well in which a collaboration activity was not done during this time period.    ...
