Two of my customers have a concept of 'focus zones', where on specific days, certain hours are considered 'detailed work zones'. Ideally, they would like to be able to report better on these zones by having, for example, the ability to report on focus & fragmented hours during these time periods. We already have certain metrics available (calls, meetings, mails, etc), but would like to add general collaboration hours, fragmented hours and focus hours between those timeframes.
