Would it be possible to include a "Workday span" metric? Similar to workweek span, but per day of the week. This might accommodate for people who might take breaks/shorter days during the week, and be able to provide a clearer picture of actual workweek span.

Hey @Dazza ...you can actually do this now. If you run a person query "daily" instead of "weekly" then you can get the workday span. The only difficulty is the fact that the person query has to be set to daily, which perhaps isn't desired for all your other metrics.

I suspect Microsoft would struggle with a workday span as they would need to average this over a "weekly" query, which still wouldn't tackle what you are looking for. Or they could make workweek span customizable so you can select a day of the week like Monday, Tuesday, etc. This way you could add each day of the week in a weekly query and still get workday span in a "weekly" query run.

Hope that helps with the idea generation and getting you to what you are hoping to do.

Hey @Dazza, I suggest you follow @Oliver_S_Beard's approach to get a "workday span." Running a person query and setting the group by to "day" is how you compute a workday span.
