Would like to have qualitative data on how effective our meetings are.

@Jade_Washington could you please expand on the idea? What information would you like to see about the meetings? Before the Product Team can put this on backlog we can share some inspirations here 🙂 Who knows, maybe there is a way to squeeze some of them out of current features?

+1 In addition to seeing who actually attends a meeting and for how long, we would like a way to see who shares their screen, talks, chats, etc during a meeting. That would allow us to distinguish between active participants and others.

Would love to see more on this as well. For example, if Teams asks attendees to rate the effectiveness of a meeting that has just ended on a 5-point scale, then that information could be brought into Viva. Having active data on this topic would help us deliver better insights and outcomes for our clients.

This is a great idea! I wonder if maybe it could be tied to Meeting Minute documents and metadata relating to Action Items, Decisions Made, etc.
