Two of my customers have a concept of 'focus zones', where on specific days, certain hours are considered 'detailed work zones'.
Ideally, they would like to be able to report better on these zones by having, for example, the ability to report on focus & fragmented hours during these time periods. We already have certain metrics available (calls, meetings, mails, etc), but would like to add general collaboration hours, fragmented hours and focus hours between those timeframes.

It would be great if these focus zones could be instituted organization wide using VIVA Insights...this would make a special looking appointment on an outlook calendar that would remind people this is a no meeting zone. The problem we have had with ideas like "Focus Friday" is getting people to practice it and implementing across the organization. This would be great concept for expansion of VIVA Insights Plans through Advanced Insights platform.
The plan could also calculate the number of meetings and other things happening during this organization wide focus zone. Though if we did this, it would be great to extend the length of the plan past 10 to 12 weeks.
Such a reminder could then become visible as a nudge when trying to plan an overlapping meeting, suggesting a different time, or even a small note when trying to send a chat message. Adoption of these zones is idd still very difficult, especially if it is not firm wide.
