We would like to enhance the way 1:1s are captured to accommodate two things we are seeing:
1. In-person 1:1s can be scheduled via our conference room reservation tool, which adds a machine email address to the invite. WpA currently sees the machine email as a 3rd person and does not count the meeting as a 1:1.
2. Same idea as above - employees or supervisors can schedule 1:1s via an engagement tool called Quantum. This also adds a machine email and does not count the meeting as a 1:1.
3. Finally, some of our leaders have their assistants schedule 1:1s and some of these assistants put themselves as optional on the invite. We need a way to address this.
