"Send praise" feature

Hi there, If I send someone praise using the "send praise" feature on the Viva Insights homepage, who will be able to see it?

You can either choose whether you would like to keep your praise private between you and the recipient or to make it visible (as a form of kudos, for example) to everyone in a Teams channel. In the first case, only the recipient will be able to view the praise.
