The virtual commute feature allows you to mindfully disconnect from work by walking you through a couple of steps. These include: letting you close out current tasks, allowing you to add new tasks to your lists, give you a preview of tomorrow's events (such as meetings), give you the opportunity to reflect on your day and offering you a Headspace meditation to help you disconnect.
