We have some senior members of staff who have assistants who manage their outlook for them. Does Insights handle this - or plan to handle - this scenario ? I am thinking that if they fully opened the outlook profile as the leader, or logged on as them in teams, yes of course they are in full imitation mode. But if the more likely scenario is that they have send as, receive as, maybe even full control on the mailbox but they open it as an additional mailbox as well as their own, will the outlook plugin then handle this ?
Thanks
Mike

Hi @MikeBetts, I will double check with the product team but I believe that mailboxes that are shared/emails sent "on behalf of" are reflected as activity from the primary user. In your case the senior members of staff would have their collaboration data reflect that they sent the emails not the assistants.
