Viva Insights uses metadata from email items and task statements from email items used to create task cards for your use only. Additionally it uses metadata from calendar items (like subject, duration and attendees) and OneDrive and Sharepoint data to be able to show a count of OneDrive and Sharepoint documents that you have worked on.
