Insights Outlook Add-in missing

I have had users tell me that their Insights Outlook Add-in goes missing on occasion. I've had this happen a few times over the last 9 month of use. Is there any reason for this or a better place to report a bug when it goes missing?

Hi @Rory_OG   I have not seen this, but I have had loads of people with the Teams Add-in going missing.  

Normally if they look in the Slow and disabled Com Add-ins in comes up here and they can re-activate it.

Hi @wsparrowuk, thanks for the suggestion. I have had that same issue. I'll keep that in mind going forward and advise users to check that out before investigating further. 

You did give me the idea to go looking for the Viva Insights add-in location as this can be helpful early in the problem discovery process when one needs to double check assumptions (e.g., Can the user even see they have Viva Insights enabled yet?). It seems by clicking the manage add-ins button (as seen in your snapshot above), it takes you to outlook online and shows your add-ins. Viva Insights sits under org admin add-ins. This doesn't solve the immediate issue the user had, but it's a good start for anyone else who runs into this issue in the future.
