Hell team. In my organization we want to do some analyses on assets and journey. The blocker now is that viva insight have 1 to 1 relationship and our data we have people that belong to multiple squads, assents and journey, that will create duplicate in our upload file. We need assistance on how do we go about the issue we have or how do updated the all the people to the corrects groups (squads, assets and journey ) without having duplicate on the file.
Thank you

Hi @Nedbank,
It will be difficult to complete this type of custom analysis without duplication or additional custom columns in your organisational upload file.
With regards to 1:1 - The managerID column in the upload file uses the employees direct line manager as per the HR structure. If this is NOT aligned to the Asset/Journey/Squad structure, you are able to amend the value of this field to the relevant Product Owner email address prior to upload. However, when considering the manner in which a squad operates, 1:1 time may be less important - and might not be relevant to report on.
For people that are members of multiple squads, you will have to create a custom name/identifier, so that they can be reported on differently from those who are in a single squad. You can refer to the table below as an example.
Hopefully, these suggestions can assist you with deriving some actionable insights from the data.
