We're working to test/pilot Viva Insights and are having trouble understanding where data comes from and how it is synced.
We've installed the Insights App in Teams and have assigned licenses and roles. We can see that the My team tab initially shows people on my team via data from AAD. This is where the questions begin:
Appreciate any feedback/experiences/help you can provide. I'm struggling to find the answers in the documentation.

Hi @tobianderson!
Hope you are well, and enjoying the journey of Viva Insights thus far!
1. There is probably a replication time to update data - I assume this is one week based on this link My team in Viva Insights | Microsoft Docs
2. I do not think it is possible to override the user specified team - we need the product team to confirm this...
3. The org data loads don't impact the My Team information on the Viva Insights app. These org data changes only apply to custom queries that you would run as an Analyst on the Workplace Analytics backend. Overview of advanced insights | Microsoft Docs
Hope that provides a bit more clarity...

Hi @tobianderson and @Dazza I heard back from the product team regarding point 2 and this is what they said.
"It is not possible to override the user specified team, but Auto add/remove team member is in the works."
Its in the backlog, so there is no date/time tied to a rollout but is something the product team is working on.
