Hi all, When going through the leader homepage, in the "Boost employee engagement" section, I find you recommend employees to have an average of 15 minutes of 1:1 time with their managers each week. Where is this guidance coming from?

Regular check-ins between employees and managers play an important role in driving employee engagement, alignment and role clarity. Research shows these meetings provide value when they take place for at least 15 minutes a week on average (which is equivalent to a 30-minute session every other week), and occur at least once every other week.
