Hi Team, could you please assist me with these questions?

 Leader:

  1.       As per MS documentation I understand that Business Leaders have 3 access levels (levels of insights)

o   They see everything that managers see, but not on a team level – but rather on an organizational or department level. (Organization trends & Advanced Insights app)

o   Additionally they can be provided access to Power BI reports that have predefined templates.

-Can you please confirm that above understanding is correct?

  1.       Can we have multiple "leaders" - meaning one leader view per department  (ex the chiefs), instead of having one main dashboard showing numbers per dpt handled by one person?

Yes, your understanding is correct with regards to the Business Leaders role. 

With regards to having one leader view per department - this is only currently possible via a custom report/predefined template in Power BI where filters or permissions can be applied. The Teams app does not allow filtering or role-based viewing currently.
