So my Microsoft Viva has stopped working properly from Webb to desktop (teams and viva) to phone.
I tried to clear the cache, restart, etc. This happened last week Thursday afternoon. How to solve this?
when I have booked a time for focus and set the option as allowing to notification then I see in team's status that it doesn't switch to "Focusing.." instead it switches to busy, why is that? What did I do wrong?
it would be great if I can tell colleagues that I am away from lunch or taking a break, where can I do that in Viva?

Hi @orch91, your 1st question is referring to Viva not working for you. Can you please let me know if this is still ongoing? What role are you assigned and have you tried opening Viva Insights in Microsoft Edge using an InPrivate window?
I have asked the product team to help answer your 2nd question.
For your 3rd question, that isn't a Viva Insights function but you could build into your Outlook calendar a lunch break by changing your working time to factor in a lunch break or short morning/afternoon break. You could also block your own calendar with a meeting to show you are busy. Additionally you could set your Teams status to busy or away during your breaks.

@orch91 I heard back from the product team regarding question 2: the status shows as focusing if the user has configured there focus plan settings to mute notifications. Because they have set it to allow notifications it will only show as busy. We are considering updating this feature to always show as focusing in the future.
He also mentioned that for question 3: A feature is currently rolling out and should be available to the user within a month for users with premium licenses where they can enroll in a plan to block time for breaks, message catch-up or learning. This feature will block time on the calendar but we do not have current capabilities to inform colleagues that the user is out on a break or another state through Teams presence at this time.
