Viva Insights Demonstrations Customer Immersion Experience

Does anyone know if there is a Viva Insights customer immersion experience available so that we can demonstrate product capabilities? We have a limited number of employees internally and it is challenging to generate insights on a sampling of our size and would like to replicate a large user for added context.
