Good day.
Does Viva Insights track staff that are remotely situated? A lot of our staff is at our clients and work mostly off the Clients tenant of Teams. I suppose it is not possible to see if they are working too many hours or stuck in too many meetings etc.

Hi @Chene_Netsurit we are investigating bringing in a signal that will allow you to filter and group employees by "mostly onsite" (working from the office) vs "Mostly remote" (primarily working from home or some other location outside the office) vs "Hybrid" (employees working onsite some days of the week and remote other days of the week). More to come on this in Q1 and Q2 of 2022.
That said, this signal will not allow you to determine where employees work (like whether they are working at a client location). One thing you could consider is filtering your analysis on client-facing roles (e.g. sales and/or consulting) and compare their collaboration hours, workweek spans and after hours to non-client facing roles.
