We are seeing a pattern of decreased engagement directly correlating with leader and peer availability as well as time to do deep work. So it seems easy enough just schedule less meetings right? However over the last few months actually trying to break the meeting addiction is harder than it seems. Would anybody be willing to participate in a thread related to this and perhaps what has worked or what your org is experiencing. The end result for us is to fully utilize the numerous collaboration tools Microsoft provides and be comfortable with the idea that a meeting is not always the right solution for discussion. Looking for any and all thoughts on this. Thank you!
Hi @Jay_Crockett! We're also on a journey with this one. We are going to trial a meeting free day/afternoon next year, but are wary of this approach spilling meeting time into other days. So still a work in progress. Happy to share updates, and also keen to hear other ideas/approaches from others.
