I sat down with ZDNet journalist Mary Jo Foley on her podcast #MJFchat and talked about our learnings from the first 6 months of #NoMeetingsFriday at CloudWay. We used Viva Insights to measure off hour work, meetings and had employees report on quiet days. We used a survey to ask what they got done on these Friday's and got some interesting quotes from the employees on what this initiative meant to them.
