Microsoft is organizing a virtual privacy roundtable about Viva Insights on Tuesday, May 17th from 7:30-9:30am Pacific/10:30a-1:30p Eastern/2:30-5:30p GMT. In this summit, we are inviting customers from various industries and geographies to hear about some of the challenges other customers have faced regarding privacy risks and mitigations associated with Viva Insights. This session will be moderated by a seasoned Industry expert. While the agenda is still being finalized, here are some topics that we anticipate being covered:

  • Best practices around employee communications and end user control
  • Meeting GDPR and data residency requirements
  • How to effectively work with Works Councils
  • Making effective risk-reward tradeoffs, through Data Use Impact Assessments
  • Best practices relative to internal stakeholder risk decision-making

This would be a good opportunity to hear directly from other customers on how they are using Viva Insights, and how they are managing privacy concerns.

When you click download the meeting invite on this site, the meeting invite opens as a plain text message - the Teams meeting link is not "clickable" due to this formatting, FYI.

@jessemitsuo , thank you for flagging that. It should be fixed now.
