WoW assessment - data

We run WoW assessment dashboard and we saw that something is wrong. Starting from January the number of employees shown goes down every month.

Despite the fact that in number of licenses assigned and the number of people uploaded in the org. data file have been increasing.

Anyone have any idea about why is this happening¿?

Hi @MECG have you been applying any filters to the data you have been choosing for the WoW assessment? Have you been selecting the same teams each month?

Hi @Jake_Caddes !! yes, i run the report including from January to April, and when i change month by month, the filters are always the same... 😞

Hmm, this reminds me of a similar issue a client had last year. Would you be able to read through this post and see if this explanation would be plausible for your company's situation?
