Viva Insights query results language shows words in Spanish with garbled characters

Does anyone know if there's a way to avoid query results showing Spanish words with accents like in the screenshot below? I noticed Spanish is not in the list of Supported languages for phrases in meeting exclusions and I'm wondering if that may be the cause? This also happens with one of the columns containing a metric name from the query. Could this be because letters with Spanish accent like "ó" are considered non-Latin-character set text as mentioned in Supported languages for column headers?

Hi @fridalorraine, instead of importing the .csv file by opening it in Excel, try importing the .csv file by connecting to it by following the steps here.
