Uploading edited Organizational file to workplace analytics

Hi Team

Can you please assist: 

We have updated the filter structure for a specific business area. The cleanup was done, and we used the "Edit data for existing employees" on WPA.

We have completed the new edited file upload successfully on the 14 October, however find that new edited structure is still not available today on the 17 October

  • What is the expected timeframe for the edited data to be updated?
  • Is there something I should be doing differently in order to speed up this process?

Hi @Nedbank, whenever a company uploads a new org data file that new file or appended file will go into effect during the next weekly data refresh. Typically that data refresh happens Sunday evening but there isn't a hard SLA on that and sometime the data refresh happens Monday, Tuesday or later in the week. Hang tight and your team should see the updated data very soon.

If you don't see the data has refreshed by Tuesday AM, I recommend that you can open a support ticket via the admin center. Unfortunately, there is not a way for the data refresh to be sped up this is a manual process that the Viva Insights engineers work on weekly and there can be delays.

Please let me know if you need any guidance on how to open a support ticket or if the new data isn't available by tomorrow. We appreciate your patience!
