Is there a way to define/determine unscheduled 1:1 calls/chats between a manager and direct reports? I'm asking in the context of the "Ways of Working Assessment" template - the manager 1:1 assessment (page 15 of the report), runs analysis on meeting hours with manager 1:1. I would like to understand if unscheduled calls/chats can also be calculated for 1:1 time.

Hello! The out of the box template for Ways of Working does not include it. But you could try a custom query with the following conditions to infer unscheduled calls with Manager:

I am trying to recreate the above and I am not able to do so. Is this in a Person query? I don't see the option of "Is Scheduled Call" for example. Can you please provide a step by step?

Yes - any person query. Choose Call Hours in the metrics. Click on the edit icon and apply the filters shown above.

I am not able to find the total participants option. Should it be popping up when I click on Participants?

It will be under Calls.
