Hello,

we noticed the difference in the "Included team members" between the Organization trends tab in MS Teams and Workplace Analytics Home tab and the number of VIVA Insights license assigned.

Whan can be the explanation for this point?

An additional question is, what are the "1829 levels" and "255 large teams" points in the WPA Organisational data?

Hi @Jakub!

For the first question, the number of included team members is generally related to the number of "active" employees within that time period. The definition of an active employee can be found here: Advanced insights glossary | Microsoft Learn

Looking at the screenshot, the time period between Teams and Workplace Analytics is different, hence the different value for active employees. Additionally, active employees does not refer to licensed users - for example, you may have a number of licensed users who are on leave within that time period - again changing the count of active employees ie. this number will not align to licensed users.

For the second question - these "callouts" are defined by the organisational data that your company has prepared and uploaded. You can refer this post for additional clarity - Definition of "Large Team" and Users/Managers figu... - Microsoft Viva Insights Community

For understanding the upload process, you can refer to this link: Prepare organizational data for Viva Insights | Microsoft Learn
