Is there a way to specific split working hours?, for those families as a result of the pandemic have changed their working patterns e.g. parents, taking shifts, 4 hours split, there is no feature that allows you to identify the split.
Hi @pkbullock-cps, that is an interesting use case. I would recommend that these employees set up their working days and hours in Outlook to reflect their working habits. Viva Insights first takes the working hours and days from an employee's Outlook settings into account when running collaboration data. If their Outlook settings do not reflect their working habits the data will be skewed.
