Hi @Esrakiper ,

If you are referring to Viva Insights App in Teams, then it can be enabled by a Teams Administrator (if all apps are not allowed by default on your Tenant). And users who have an M365 / O365 License with the MyAnalytics Service plan enabled should be able to install and use the app on Teams. This would give them their Personal insights.

For access to further dashboards / insights i.e., Manager Insights or Leader insights - the user should have appropriate role. These insights will only include users in the Team / Organization who have the Viva Insights License SKU assigned.

But if you mean Power BI reports like Ways of Working or a custom report, pulled into Teams (outside of the Viva Insights app) then it would follow the access sharing mechanism in Power BI i.e., the report being available on Power BI Premium workspace or the user accessing should have the Power BI Pro license. These insights again will only include users who have Viva Insights License SKU assigned.

Does this information help?

Kalyan
