I was wondering if someone could help my customer with the following question. Thank you.
"Our WPA Analyst team is working within WPA and they see a field called department under organizational data.
When I attempt to do an upload as an admin I don’t see that as an optional choice from the drop down menu.
Just trying to understand the mapping and how to make the department populate.
The information is currently being fed into the system but its identified as Organizational2, and it doesn’t seem to be identified as part of the default org data values in the screenshot below."
