Hi all

We have some employees who their outlook suffer changes when they accept an invite because is appearing an option to select if you will attend to the meeting in person or virtually.

This change could affect to the meeting hours if someone attends to the meeting in person¿?

Many thanksIMG-20220616-WA0005.jpg

Currently, no, there is no way of determining this.

You could however encourage people to book meetings with a "REMOTE" or "IN-PERSON" in front of the subject, and thereafter run a custom Meeting Query to establish a count based on the those subjects.

Might not be worth the effort, but a workaround nonetheless 🙂

Hi @MECG

No this should not impact the meeting hours, as per the definition under "Meeting" found here: Advanced insights glossary | Microsoft Docs
