Hello,
We have a user with an Insights Analyst role assigned.
The user can't access Workplace Analytics due to permissions. Previously when he was also Insight Admin, he could access WPA, but he couldn't see Home tab and the reports.
Do I understand correctly that the Analyst should be able to access WPA without the admin role assigned?

Hi @Jakub , your understanding that an Analyst can access WpA without the admin role is correct. However, your company or client must have fully completed the onboarding process and set up steps before any insights become available.
Please follow the steps in these documents and reach out if you have any further questions.

Hi @Jake_Caddes we have completed the WPA onboarding almost 3 weeks ago. The issue we are facing is not only related to the analyst role but also to the WPA reports visibility for admin.
The issue may be related to my previous topic https://community.vivainsights.microsoft.com/t5/Onboarding-and-privacy/Home-Analyze-Plans-tabs-not-v...

HI @Jakub, unfortunately this sounds like a bug. It looks like that in-depth investigation is needed to arrive at the best possible conclusion on your behalf for the issue you have listed. In order to ensure proper traction, I recommend that you create a Microsoft support engagement using the following options:

Hi @Jake_Caddes , yes we have created the support ticket. After additional tests:
- user with Admin and Analyst role (and license) can access WPA but only Leader and Analyst Settings (now reports and Analyst tools).
- user with Analyst role (and license) cannot access the WPA due to permissions.
