There are 3 main ways to review the information in Viva Insights (note that this is only available to WpA/Viva Insights users that have Analysts roles assigned – the Admin role cannot access this content)
1. Through the Main Insights page that summarizes information in 9 key areas, but you can zoom in and further filter or group the outputs as required (only for last 6 months of activity and just in a browser – but you can download CSVs for some graphs)
2. Using pre-defined Power BI dashboards (the Analyst sets up the queries, duration/dates, filters and then populates the dashboards – can be viewed in Power BI or in a browser)
3. Using fully customized queries allowing the Analyst to set dates, filters and select fields to be analyzed. Output files can beanalyzed in Excel or Power BI
