Does 'Generated workload email recipients' metric includes the people copied on the email?

Hi team, 

I was wondering if Generated workload email recipients metric includes the people copied on the email as well. 

I figured it is one of the metrics used to generate Email Load insights in Ways of Working Assessment template, but I'm not sure how the number of recipients is measured.

Hi @sophiebok thanks for your question. The Generated workload email recipients metric does count the distinct recipients in CC. Hope this helps.
