I really like the ability to applaud, send thumbs up laugh etc. when somebody says something good. I wonder if it might be something to develop (especially when there are multiple speakers) to click on the tile of the person who said something insightful and applaud, thumbs up, laugh etc. so they know directly that you reacted to their comments. Versus it being vague what you are liking specifically. Just a thought.
