When you set time for reminders in Virtual Commute, Praise, etc, the time that the reminder will appear will not be an exact time.
It can arrive 15 minutes on either side of the set time. Because of this, we recommend that people set the time 15 minutes earlier so that they still get the message. (In case the reminder arrives after they have left work.)
The problem is this can now appear during another meeting or when they are busy, so they just cancel it and forget about it.
Is it possible to set the time for an exact time?
Thanks
Warren

Hi Warren, while we cannot ensure notifications are received exactly in the given minute, 99% of notifications are sent within 5 minutes before scheduled time.

Thanks @Rachel_Jameson That is good news.
There is a bit of conflict between your answer and the documentation from Microsoft that surrounds this.
Perhaps the documentation should be adapted more towards your answer.
Thanks for taking the time to answer!

Yes, thanks for flagging this, it's likely that statement was put in place to provide additional buffer for edge cases. I will work with the documentation team to update those statements.
