Both after-hours collaboration hours and workweek span are calculated based on the user’s working days and working hours set in Outlook.
Weekends would be included in After Hours metrics if an employee has set their working days in their Outlook settings to Mon-Fri. For after-hours collaboration activity, the metric will sum any collaboration activity that happened Mo-Fr outside of working hours and any collaboration activity that happened Sa-Su.
Weekends would not be included the workweek span metric if an employee has set their working days to Mon-Fri. For workweek span, we ONLY consider working days.
