When building a predictive model to correlate Workplace Analytics metrics against business outcomes, select a time frame for Workplace Analytics measures that coincides with the period over which the business outcome was determined. For example, if the analyst is modeling the drivers of employee evaluation scores for calendar year 2019, they should compare those evaluation results to collaboration activity during calendar year 2019. Activity over the year should be aggregated per person.
